Before mentioning products, I'd just like to say I have not had a bad experience with any of the technicians, as they have been some of the most courteous, well mannered, genuine, customer service friendly individuals that I've run into. They come in and the service is of good quality and professionalism. I've tried other carpet cleaning methods and by far Zerorez out does them all for me. I don't see myself trying anyone else.
