Good customer service, good technicians, good smelling carpets!

This is the second time I have had someone from Zerorez come to my house. Both times the associate was very polite. They seemed to enjoy the job they were doing and they were happy. They were very helpful and professional. As for the actual cleaning...I have 15 year old berber carpeting that has been urinated on by the dogs many times and there were several dark spots I couldn't get any company to remove no matter how hard they tried from the previous home owner. When Zerorez came out...they were gone! COMPLETELY GONE! Old stains came out. I couldn't believe it. I will not use anyone else for carpet cleaning as long as I have the choice.

I like the fact that IT WORKS!!! plus I had such a good experience with Jarvis on the carpet cleaning, I specifically asked for him to do the tile/grout cleaning two weeks later. It was another awesome experience!....he even arrived earlier than expected, and took less time than estimated.

The carpet is cleaned with over soaking it. I do wish that the carpet had some type of fresher to make it smell better after it has been cleaned.

Thorough and friendly

We woke up to dog diarrhea in 3 carpeted rooms of the house. We were panicking because we knew we were going to have to have new carpet. At 730 am we called Xerorez and asked if they had anyone available. They scheduled on the same day a visit between 10 and 1 pm. The technician Aubrey arrived at 11 am. He was well dressed in his uniform. He was very pleasant and immediately began putting me at ease that everything would be ok and the carpet would be clean. He explained the charges. They were more than originally quoted but we added more services and did not object to the prices. Aubrey did an outstanding job. He explained to me what he was doing, always being very polite. Aubrey should be a trainer for the company becuase he did everything right. Besides having clean carpet, I had a disaster that turned into a pleasant experience.

How clean everything smelling and felt after. The tech was on time, very courteous and knowlgeable.

I liked the way the first man who came out cleaned, I loved the way the second man cleaned and was disappointed in the third who was Ammon. I felt like I was being lectured about the puppy who messed my carpeting up like I was a child. I am almost 57 years old and know that the puppy had one accident after another and that's why I hired Zerorez. He left the hall and stairs so wet that it took at least two days with the fan going to dry out that the urine smell was worse and I had him come out again and it was practically dry by night time. He scolded me again and didn't believe me when I told him the puppy had not been up there. I told him I carried him up to his crate at night. He had one accident at the bottom of the stairs that I got up the night before but I cleaned it up. Just because the stick he had detected water he thought the dog had peed all upstairs. It was very offensive. Someone needs to tell him that older people don't need to be scolded but young 20 or 30 year olds. I thought at the time I was going to write something on FB and never use you again but I didn't and just won't use Ammon again.
