My berber carpet is really light in color and shows the dirt and traffic paths. I have use zerorez before and was astonished at the results. Therefore, I called again to make an appointment. Your staff makes setting up an appointment fast and easy.
I was especially pleased with the young man that came to my house to do the actual carpet cleaning. His name was Omar and he presented himself in a very professional manner. In talking to Omar, it was obvious that he knew the carpet business. I trusted him to be honest in what I needed to make my carpet look the best and retain the look. Omar spoke very highly of the zerorez product, the company and seemed especially impressed with the owner and how the business is operated. Omar represents your company well and it is obvious that he feels important as an employee. Bravo!

I filled this survey out once before. At that time, I gave extensive and fairly detailed praise to both the service performed and the two Zerorez technicians (including "Ty") who performed the work. I clicked on "submit" and it presumably was sent to you. While I'm very happy with the job Zerorez did, I'm not inclined to repeatedly fill out this survey if your system isn't receiving it. Suffice it to say that the two gentlemen were efficient, knowledgeable, hard-working and gracious. Given the fact that our house is 15 years old, the various cleaning tasks were mostly successful and we're pleased. I hope this is the last time I'm asked to redo this survey.
