I've been consistently pleased with zerorez (3 time customer). Everything from scheduling, to customer service, to the quality of the work has always exceeded my expectations. I'm in the apartment industry and have dealt with plenty of low-cost carpet cleaning companies in my professional life but zerorez is the only company I trust with my own home. This time, I couldn't be present at the time of my service or payment (my home had a lockbox on the door) but I was still as pleased as always!

Our technician was on time and was able to answer all my questions. I had a creme colored carpet in the basement that he treated and it looked like brand new carpet when he left.

Steve, my technician, was courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. My carpets look great--and I didn't have high hopes given that I have multiple dogs who've had multiple accidents on the carpet over the last year since my last cleaning. He is a gem!
