I do get tired of Zerorez trying to upsell me to their enzyme treatment. The worker tried to tell me that there were pet stains upstairs even though no pets had ever been upstairs. He tried to tell me that there was odor when there was none. All of this is just an attempt for me to agree to the more expensive treatment. And this was after I told Zerorez that I didn't want the enzyme treatment when I made my appointment.
Howeve, the work was good and the worker was pleasant and did a good job.

Ty was professional, courteous, efficient, friendly and on time. He did not try to sell me on things I did not need. He was knowledgeable and made extra efforts to clean stubborn spots. I liked being able to schedule the appointment online. Pre-appointment emails were a nice reminder. Very pleased with how our carpets turned out. Would use again!
