The representative, William, was very professional and courteous. While the carpeting on the stairs was still very wet after 12-14 hours, William did a very good job at cleaning the carpeting within the hall and bedrooms.

I love that the carpet feels so clean afterward and that you can walk on it immediately (in socks or bare feet, of course). I don't have to worry about weird soapy residue or anything like that. The technicians are always awesome too!
