How clean my carpet smells and looks. I really like the fact that zerorez dries so quickly. We have animals so they want to walk on the carpet as soon as they can. With zerorez this is possible. You don't need a bunch of floor fans and such to dry wet carpet. The carpet is almost dry before the technician leaves the house. Another great and new addition to zerorez...I hate bugs and leaving a door open while hoses are in the house allows them in while the technician is cleaning. The technician (Cole) put up a new door liner that goes around an open door so no bugs can come in while they're cleaning. We've been using aerorez for 10 years and we will continue to use them for as long as we possible can. They are the best and very cost effective. Cole, our technician, explained everything extremely well and did everything I asked and more. He was professional, clean and careful moving through my home while he cleaned.

I was explained very clearly the cost of everything included and the option of any extras before the work had begun. The cleaners were very professional and very nice when asking me any questions or explaining what they were going to do. The results of the cleaning were more than I expected and would gladly recommend them to any friend that is looking for a business to perform a cleaning at their house!

What you are offered is what you get. Yes, IF you have problems with your carpet, i.e. Pet satins, the cost will be more than the advertised price, but not by all that much. And the best thing is that they have gotten out really bad cat pee out a room that I was sure would have to be recarpeted. I did have to call them back 2 more times, but they gladly came and didn't charge any more money for the redo of that carpet. It is finally smell free and looks like new carpet. I highly recommend Zerorez and will continue using them.
