The cleaning process to me seems so much better than the standard carpet cleaning that other servicers provide. The carpet looks and smells cleaner. It dries faster and feels great after it dries. Soft and fluffy not crunchy like with other providers. The customer service is great as well. The representative kept me informed every step of the way. Half way through he asked me to review what he had done so far and if I was satisfied or if I noticed any problems. He did a thorough and timely job. I have used Zerorez for about 3 years and don't think I would ever use another servicer unless they used the same technique. Thank you.

The main reason I called Zerorez is because they don't use chemicals to clean. My carpet is 10 years old and never been professional cleaned. They now look brand new.
