Client Testimonials
Very much on time and efficient. Did a great job on all of the floors.
I liked that you use no harsh chemicals and its safe for my dog. Also the carpet was 90% dry immediately after it was complete.
Tech was professional and so far so good on the carpet clean.
clean and no chemicals, brings new life to carpets
Zerorez did a great job. The carpets look like new again. At the last minute I had them clean the carpet on the basement stairs, which were stained from years of dogs and kids coming in from outside, and they were even able to make those stairs look good again.
I will definitely contact zerorez again.
Communications with the company was great! Quick to respond to my questions. Also delivered on their promises.
Very professional and the do what they say and when they say.
Great Service Great Product
top notch ! The associate that came out was great, very personable and motivated to clean the carpet as best he could.
had a smell for a few days after cleaning and when I called them they were quick to respond with a second visit to apply deodorizer.
Professional time spent explaining the process!
The service was great and I appreciate how he explained everything and answered all my questions. I have already told several people what a great job they did. Thank you again.
Knowledgeable employees and a product that actually cleans the carpet. Overall great experience and have already recommended to friends.
Effective chemical free cleaning.
What you promise in the adds are true
Excellent job, the price is a bit high
The carpet and stairs looks great and Jordan our tech was friendly/helpful and did a great job!!
Derrick, the technician who cleaned our W2W carpets and examined our area rugs was AWESOME! Very professional, very knowledgeable, very personable! He quoted us on the area rugs and we entrusted him with taking our Persians for off-premise cleaning.
I was a bit concerned because the representative who scheduled our appointment when I contacted you was a bit abrupt; she certainly knew her information but seemed annoyed with my questions (this is our first experience with Zerorez). Nonetheless, we are happy with the service. The W2W rugs look refreshed.
Your technician was one of the most professional and courteous person that ever cleaned my carpets. I am so very satisfied.

How clean the carpets are.
No residue, no offensive odors. The cleaning was thorough and the carpet was brighter after being cleaned with Zerorez products! Sean Simon was thorough and knowledgeable of Zerorez' products. After his recommendations, I did add services but with NO regrets! I will ask for Sean Simon on my future cleanings because he did an EXCEPTIONAL job on my carpet!

Quick clean and professional
Took out stains I never thought would be removed both on carpet and fabric. Technician was excellent and worked hard and thoroughly...took his time to do an outstanding job.
Quick, efficient process and great results!
I like the fact that there was now chemical used on the carpet. It dried quickly and the technical was pleasant.
