The service was great and our technician told us everything he would be doing and answered questions before he began. He was late but it was beyond his control and a representative called before the appointment time to let us know. Then called shortly after to tell us when he would arrive. That degree of service is unheard of and you are usually left waiting and wondering. The technician cleaned up any water after he removed the hoses. He was courteous and very professional.

Chad Ryan did an excellent job. He was very prompt, thorough, and courteous. Our carpet looks like new. We will request Chad again.

I really appreciated how professional and informative Eric was when he came to the house. He explained everything and showed me how my furniture could be. Leaned as well. Everything came clean just like he said even though the carpets were so dirty from pets and clay.
