Your process makes the carpet feel so clean. When it is drying there is no residue coating, only water. The technicians are always friendly and accommodating and fully explain what they can do to get my carpet the cleanest it can be.
Professionalism, courteous staff from those who take the call to those who come to do the work, and the carpets are CLEAN. Much better than any other company we've used. You are more expensive, and I am always looking for a bargain, but not in this case.
