Professional products/ professional staff
If I may add a suggestion. For air duct cleaning, when your techs take pics of the vents beforehand. Those pics should be offered to the customer as part of the service. For instance, in one of the pics that was taken inside of my furnace, there's mold growing inside. If I was offered the pic,I could've use that exact pic that was taken as a reference to show the HVAC technician, who will complete the repairs.
