I was pleased with my entire Zerorez experience. I was able to make an appointment online, without having to leave a credit card number. I received two reminders prior to my appointment and a courtesy call when the tech was on his way. The tech was nice and professional and answered all my questions. This was my first Zerorez cleaning, but definitely not my last. I had some stains that were over a decade old, and I just assumed they would not come out and they did!
