Just as you have advertised on television and radio, you do exactly as you say. Your technician was helpful in moving a few items, he made sure I was satisfied with each room and even "stretched" the package deal of three rooms and a hallway a little bit. I was very impressed and satisfied with the cleaning of my home.

No Harsh Chemicals
Product seems to work great..it got all the traffic places and more..especially with dogs and such..my brother is in landscaping so he is filthy dirty after work and the whole house gets turned upside down with dirt...especially the carpet.
And the tech Nelson was the best..he went above and beyond the call of duty ...very nice and well mannered man..was very knowledgeable as to your product and how it worked and was totally committed to doing our carpets in a very professional manner..He was just great...I couldn't recommend his work any higher..he was awesome!!

The technician was polite, prompt, and professional. Our carpets are old and pet stained but he worked hard to get them looking great! If I'm not mistaken his name was Paul and he was a delight to visit with while he worked on the carpet. Our almost 20 year old carpets look very good! I am pleasantly surprised considering all the pet stains. I also like that you advertise on the Fish radio,104.7

the solution at the top really does loosen up the dirt. The empowered water leaves no residue. My carpets were really dirty b/c I walk with my dog on a trail in a forest every day. My "beige" carpets was brown. Wasn't sure even Zerorez could fix the problem. Roberto did a marvelous job and the carpet looks practically new. Unbelievable. I knew if any company could get the dirt out it would be zerorez. Roberto was also courteous and diligent.
