I was pleased with the carpet cleaning but not as satisfied with the tile cleaning in the bath area. The grout has some streaks/areas that appear to have been missed in the cleaning before the sealing.

There are several things that place Zerorez in the top spot (no pun intended) of carpet cleaning companies. 1) Jordan is very professional, friendly, and efficient during the entire process; 2) there are no chemicals; 3); the carpets stay cleaner longer than with traditional carpet cleaning services; 4) the carpets dry more quickly than with traditional carpet cleaning services; 5) there is no funky smell that lingers after the work is done. I will never again use Stanley Steamer, Coit nor any other carpet cleaning companies. Zerorez is the only one for me.

This was my first time using Zerorez and I wanted to see if they would live up to their reputation. They did and I give them 5 stars. Our carpets had not been cleaned in a year and we have dogs and cats. Our technician was polite and knowledgeable in treating pet stains and the carpets look beautiful.
