We have lived in our house for almost 15 years and have only replaced the carpet on the main floor. Zerorez comes out every couple of years and cleans the older carpet. They were here yesterday and the carpets look amazing!
I must admit early on we had problem with a area or two. I must say once it was brought to the attention of the area supervisor the problems was corrected immediately. My wife and I were extremely happy with the final results.
The issue was taken care of with extreme professionalism. We are definitely long time members of the Zerorez family.
We only have one company to clean our carpets, furniture and air ducts. No more trying different companies we have found the company who has gained all our trust.

Love that no harsh chemicals are used in the cleaning process. Also your technician was very professional and answered all my questions thoroughly. He even showed me the effectiveness of your cleaning method on my tile floors which convinced me to have those cleaned as well!

I was disappointed that zero rez does not provide blocks or something to put under the furniture. Even though you do not move furniture, we do as our rooms are very small. So when we had him clean under the furniture we moved we had to provide something.
