They ended up waiving the service fee which was great. He was quick and efficient and was done in no time. My carpets look great!

I have used Zerorez before and it's true, the stains that were removed do not come back. It just feels good to know that your carpets are truly clean. I used the pet stain and odor cleaner this time and it's great. ( a little too expensive) but good. CJ the technician was very professional, I would request him again!!

The technicians did a great job on my Air ducts and cleaning my carpet.
I did think they would remove the intake vents off and clean but evidently this is
not part of your cleaning process. They had been removed in the past by another company.
I realize it is difficult and time consuming to do this, but after they left, I removed myself and cleaned.

Whatever your company uses to clean carpets I am happy with and carpets always are clean
in all areas cleaned.

I also had my air ducts cleaned by your company, however Sears cleaned my ducts many years ago and they took the intake covers off and cleaned them. I was a bit disappointed this is not
part of your cleaning process. I went behind the crew and removed most of the intake vent and there was dust collected on the sides of the vents...so I cleaned them myself.

Vent Cleaning crew were very good, knowledgeable. The carpet cleaning person was knowledgeable but tried to shortcut a few things like the review of the survey at the end, missed a few spots that I caught and were pretty obvious.

I like that you don't use soap for me to slip on when finished. My carpets always look great.
