I liked your service, however, where the machinery/motor was sitting that ran the device to clean our carpet, it burned our grass. Apparently the technician allowed it to either roll onto our yard/grass or he sat it there. Anyway, a large spot of our grass was burned and is dead. My husband has contacted Zerorez but they haven't gotten back with him.

fast, no chemical smells to deal with, clean overall job, I was surprised how easy the stains were removed. For me personally I would have liked the carpet to be gone over just one more time for that extra clean. But I am satisfied good job.
