Customer service was great ! The carpets look great also . The only suggestion I would suggest is that you guys vacuum the carpets before you start cleaning them because although we, the customer, vacuum them ourselves , Zerorez should still go over it again before they start the clean . Over all though my experience was great . Thanks .
