Technician was very courteous and did a good job in explaining the process

The customer service was great and the carpets were clean and looked brand new. The only problem I had was that they were not able to clean the living room floor which was the carpet I wanted done the most. The only reason they weren't able to do it was because it was on top of the hardwood floor. Overall the experience was great and I would love to have Zeroez back at my home!
