We experienced very good customer service, and a full disclosure of prices over the phone. There were no surprises in the cost. The technician was delightful and professional, and the service was thorough. While we DID spend a good bit more than the $139 base price, our carpet was quite compromised by dogs and we were aware of the extra charges needed to provide extra attention to these pet-stained areas. We were certainly afforded the opportunity to say no to any services we chose not to do, but our carpets needed the extra attention, and the carpets look great so far. They dried as quickly as projected. I highly recommend Zerorez based on our experience.

Great service and came early

Product works very effectively, even on old stubborn stains. We called Zerorez as a last ditch effort before facing the expense of recarperimg the entire basement level. Carpet looks almost new and we avoided several thousand dollars to put down new carpet. Amazing results!

Zerorez has a product that is environmently clean and safe for my carpet and floors. Two representatives, Josu and Aubrianna, were able to get up two seemingly permanent stains on my master bath room tile and grout. The stain was nail polish which I had tried unsuccessful to remove and they worked hard to get rid of it and the grout looks new.

We have used Zerozez before on carpets and wanted them to clean the tile in our master bath and laundry room and are very pleased with the results.
The staff are very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. They call 30 minutes before scheduled appointment time and thank you for your business after the work is complete. They really care about your satisfaction. Great customer service!
