Zero Rez removed all of the stains that we initially thought were permanent. Actually, we thought it would be good just to have it cleaned after 15 years. When the Tech told us all the stains had been removed because it was vat-dyed was like icing on the cake. The Tech was very courteous and knowledgeable. She explained the technique and gave us some pointers on the make-up of the carpet.
I will definitely call you all again to clean my other rooms of carpet.
