No chemical residue. And the room I had treated for dog urine was UNBEARABLE before. Just moved into a home and the previous tenant didn’t clean the carpet prior to moving out. The smell was so bad I couldn’t stay in the room and the whole house reeked. After the cleaning I had doubts, but once it dried completely the following day it was crazy how different the air quality was in the room. Now it’s a room I feel is safe to use as my office and granddaughters playroom!

Let me tell you about my experience. On Feb 21 my wife and I closed on our retirement home with the movers on the way we had a small window to get the house ready. We use your services every year. Service tech's are always professional, timely and friendly. We have our boat carpets picked up the same time as the house carpets get done. Jarvis and Brian were wonderful and I couldn't be happier with the service they provided! To be honest, I was a little concerned because I had made the appointment prior to reading reviews (something I never do!) and the Yelp! reviews were less than comforting, especially if I ever had to work with an infamous customer service manager named Teresa N.! The good news is that I didn't have to worry about a thing - the techs were on-time, courteous, professional and got the job done! Jarvis even told me about some of the other services Zerorez offers, so I will definitely be calling to schedule other appointments as my budget allows.
