I like the cleaning without soap. I do not have spots reappear after cleaning.

I was concerned that my ducts needed cleaning after some construction work was done in my home. A bathroom was renovated that had mold under old tile and during the process I had them take a wall down and add one, changing the floorplan. There was a LOT of sheetrock dust created. My ducts were cleaned last year by another company after some other major home renovations. I was disappointed about a couple of things with the other company and decided on calling Zerorez. The service team showed up ahead of schedule, which was good. They started by inspecting my heating system and ducts and told me my ducts were very clean. I was told there would be no charge even though I thought there would be a trip charge at least. Ultimately, I ended up getting a whole house air purifier system which I was really happy to have. The only purifier they had on the truck was designated for another customer later that day, but they arranged to get another one for the next customer and I ended up with the system installed that day. I am quite pleased with the outcome and found the men who worked here very polite and informative.
