He is great hopes that one day he can afford his own Zerorez franchise to carry on his entrepreneurial vison for the future.

Have a rental and the carpet is what I thought going to have to be replaced. Zerorez saved it the next tenant won't know how bad it was just house good it looks.

I am pleased with the final result; however, my expectation of what i would pay and what it cost me were not the same! When i called and made the appt i was told only bad pet Urine/feces spots Cost extra if i want the smell to improve. The standard fee included the color, cleaning any anything else caused by pets. The truth after techs arrived = "any room where a pet peed EVER requires a 80-90 dollar up-charge for pet cleaning". . 4 rooms at $80-90 additional per room is a lot more money than what I was quoted! I could buy new carpet after spending almost a grand on cleaning carpet for 4 rooms and a hallway for that much, so I had to make a choice and get less done. Frustrating for sure. I recommend you align what people at your company say/sell on the phone vs techs so that customer expectations are met. Thanks, First name removed

Effiencent and willing to come on Sundays to accommodate our store hours. Plus the store looks and smells like new which is quite a feat considering it's over 60 years old.

Our carpets looks amazing. We had Mike and Mike service our home. They showed up before time and they were very professional and courteous when they arrived. They listened to our concerns about our carpet since we have 3 busy boys and additional traction from their friends. The technicians were very knowledgeable and they recommended solutions for continuing to take proper care of our carpet. They also suggested what we should probably never use on our carpet. They exceeded our expectations, they worked diligently and we would definitely recommend them to our family and friends.
