The technician was very efficient and pleasant. He walked through the rooms prior to cleaning and explained exactly what was involved in cleaning the carpet. Upon completion, he also walked the rooms, again giving explanation what was done. He instructed us to place the fan or air conditioner on to allow the carpet to dry. Full explanation was given about the entire process of cleaning the carpet. We do appreciate his professionalism, and diligence in getting our carpets clean. I will definitely recommend Zero Rez to everyone.

Good price, good service, carpets look and smell great! Except the sucky part of your machinery wasn't working yesterday - took 24 hours and all fans in the house to get carpets dry. The sucky part of your machinery didn't,seem to work or Oscar didn't engage the sucky thing while he was cleaning. We've been with you several years now and this wetness has never happened before and that's why we'll call upon you again. Wanted to let you know there was a problem
