Jason was very friendly and knowledgeable about area rugs and is confident that the company can remove the urine stains on our rug. Our dog had "surprised" us by using one corner as a
pee pee spot and we were so upset.

Looking forward to seeing the rug back in 2 weeks! Thanks. Very polite well-spoken young man.

Wish I knew about Zerorez years ago! Not only were Trey and Brandon very professional and pleasant, they did a great job on our 30 year old carpet. We will definitely be calling Zerorez again.
