The technician Zerorez sent to my house was professional, courteous and efficient. After surveying the area they gave me different options to include or not. I did not feel any pressure to include any more services. After making my choices, the technician got right to work. There was a slight smell since I chose to have a protective coating applied but it went away after an hour. I am very happy with the results.
