Carpet is clean and technician was excellent.
The man was very nice and informative. The carpets look good, however I was not happy with the dry time. He left between 10 and 10:30 and when I went to bed at ten they were still not dry. I use you because you don't get the carpets as wet and the dry time is around six hours.
