Very pleased with the product and the final results after cleaning. This visit was done by the technician, James. He did a great job, was very cordial as well as helpful in bringing in some boxes on my front porch. I am handicapped so i was very appreciative of his assistance. There was some confusion at the time to pay because it was almost $150 more than I had been quoted when calling the day before. I was so shocked and the circumstances surrounding my need to call ZeroRez again only reiterated my shock. My husband is seriously ill and back in the hospital for the third time in 2 months. His feet are badly infected and unfortunately left bloody stains on the carpet in our family room twice so I've needed these treated.

James made a call to his boss who was going to go back and listen to the call and when he was delayed in calling back, James was able to bring the total down. It was not the original price but it was at least satisfactory.

Will I call ZeroRez again... probably but I will make sure that I have a hard core estimate before scheduling. No surprises! If it's less, OK but not $150 more

Worked well with no residual. Best cleaning job we have had. Took little longer to throughly dry then others but much better when finished.

Quick and friendly. My only suggestion is a smaller appointment window. It is frustrating to have a 10 am to 1 pm window and the tech show at 15 minutes to 1. Oscar did do a great job. Thanks.

Aside from the fact that the carpet is cleaned in no time, I love that fact that it is completely dry the next day. Also, my carpet stays cleaner longer.

First, the call center to confirm the appointment. The Tech who did the cleaning. Treated our home with complete respect. Explained up front exactly what our cost would be. The quality of the cleaning was the best ever. The hard spots that I identified were eliminated. Overall the quality of the job was 10 and a scale of 10. Our 10 year old rug looks almost new. I appreciate that your cleaning products do not have some of the harmful chemicals other companies use. I also loved how honest and informative the technician was--he explained everything clearly and was straight-forward about what services we did and didn't need.
