Your technician, Roberto, came in and made us feel very comfortable with the approach
to the work. He explained everything and it was very clear to us what he planned to do
to make our carpet clean. He also suggested that we clean the rugs -- some are Oriental,
others are fake Oriental. We sent all 6 of them to be cleaned and returned to us. All in all,
he did an excellent job and we appreciate his efforts. Our carpets are clean as a whistle!
