First of all the solution is non toxic. Second of all it smells good. Third of all the carpet dries quickly. Fourth of all the carpet doesn't end up crunchy when it dries. Fifth of all we decided that this would be our last carpet cleaning and we'd be purchasing new carpet. After being zerorezified, we saved at least $3000 because our carpet now looks new. Sixth of all our carpet cleaner (Charles) was courteous and conscientious...just a nice guy. We're very satisfied!

Everyone was very helpful and followed through with promises on time and with excellent efficiency. I had a horrible stain on my oriental area rug that I was worried about getting out. My rug came back, on time,as promised, looking as good as new with no trace of the stain. I was concerned that the fringe on each end might be damaged but it was perfect.

I felt like Zerorez cared about the rug as much as I did, and appreciated how informed they kept me about the process and what was going to happen "next." I am so happy that I don't have to replace this rug out of embarrassment...and very happy about how reasonable Zerorez' pricing was. Use them. You won't be sorry.

The carpet was left in great condition. It had been many years since it was cleaned and you can truly see a difference now. The technician was kind and professional. He gave some great advice and recommended additional products due to the fact that we have a pet. I'm looking forward to using their services again.

The technician arrived on time and once I showed him what I wanted cleaned, he started to work. He pre-spot treated some areas too! The floor came out totally clean and I'm very happy. I would recommend to others!
