I like the idea of no chemicals in your product. I like how the 3 techs I met were polite, courteous, prompt & helpful w/ suggestions, how they gave me no static about coming back out for an area I had questions about & all were good w/ customers.
I do not like the 3 hour window, however :( --- Had to miss a class & a 2 hr window would have worked better. Still a happy camper tho' :) :) THX for everything! :)

The tech's that came to my house were on-time, very polite, professional and did a great job. Customer service called me and offered a new, earlier time slot because you had a cancellation which was also nice. My "white" carpet looks and smells great. No pet stains or odors.

Charles was amazing, I would like to request him every time. I heard about zerorez on 104.7 the fish. Everything with this company is true. Called when 10 min. out. Arrived on time.
