Jerry, the technician, was very personable, hard working, and efficient. He took time to explain the process and the benefits of certain procedures. The immediate results were very good and continue to be so after almost 2 days. Previously, with a different tech, there was a problem with pet smell almost immediately after the cleaning, which is why it has been about 2 years since I have had Zerorez back out to my house. However, Jerry has restored my faith in the company and the service. Next time I will request Jerry as the technician if I am allowed to do so.

Though Aaron was polite, as well, he didn't seem to really want to be doing the job.

The tech showed up at the beginning of the time slot, and not 10 minutes after the end of the 3 hour window. He was very through, of course tried to up sell and I did by the carpet guard, but if it doesn't work. I'll let him know. My carpet is 16 years old and my dogs bring in a lot of red sand and dust. I was amazed at how clean the carpets came. there was one spot. more like an area that just wouldn't come clean. It's where my one dog lays when in the house.

My carpet looks brand new! The service technician, Lerone, was absolutely awesome. He was very professional, very couteous, and extremely diligient in doing the job. He was very careful in moving the few things in the rooms, (5 room job) so that he could do a complete job. I am so impressed and would definately recommend Zerorez Atlanta.
