Service is available on Saturday. The technician did a great job on my carpet and was in and out quickly. The carpet dried within 4 hours and looked beautiful.
I like that the technician takes a look at all of the areas to be cleaned and then holds a pre-disussion on what can and cannot be done so the client does not have any unmet expectations. The technician also occasionally makes recommendations. The technician answered a few questions I had regarding other areas, e.g. air duct cleaning and rug cleaning.
I most especially like the special powered water used by Zerorez that truly does not leave any sticky residue. It cleans the carpet beautifully and delays the time dirt returns.
The technician who came out was prompt, courteous, and did a very good job cleaning our carpets. Also the carpet dried within a very reasonable amount of time.
IT is free of chemicals , fast and good work.

They were on time, which is always nice. The technician was professional and I appreciated the upfront estimate to prevent sticker shock. The carpets feel soft and fresh when they are done. Not stiff like the companies that use shampoo.
