The appointment process was very simple. I was able to specify the number of rooms and schedule the service date online. I received a confirmation email, and was told I would receive a call the day prior to service and on the day of service. I had the service scheduled for a Monday, and I was called on Friday. The company then contacted me about 30 minutes prior to the technician arriving.
The technician was very personable and professional. We walked the entire service area and reviewed stains. He then went to work. I had six rooms, a hallway, and 2 staircases cleaned. The whole process took about 4 hours.
Not every stain was able to be removed, but I feel this was because they had been set for years. The technician did recommend the company try a pad extraction, which would be a separate visit and more expensive. I declined for the time being.
The company does not move furniture. This is clearly stated on their website and on the email they send, so I was not surprised.
My area rug always turns out soft and clean!
ZeroRez was easy to book an appointment. The tech was knowledgeable and courteous. He listened to my requests and was attentive to what services I wanted done.
I liked the service that I received. The service lady was well informed about cleaning my carpets and offered suggestion on how best to maintain my carpets. She explained your contract and made sure that I understood the company's policy. At my next cleaning with your company, I shall definitely request this agent. She did an excellent job.
At this time, it is hard for me to comment on the product because the service was just done yesterday. However, I am sure that the carpets will remain in great condition.
