Our carpets hadn't been cleaned in years. We were amazed at how great it looks! My only complaint would be in the areas around the door opening and the very edges of the carpet. Not bad but had I been there to look it over instead of my wife I would have had them hit thos areas but not that big a deal. From what it was to what it is now...incredible. The 2 techs did a great job with the carpeting and sofa. Explained that they could also clean the white grout between the tiles on our kitchen floor. I had them perform that service and was totally satisfied with the results. I will definitely be recommending ZEROREZ to anyone asking about the services you offer.

The professional nature of your employees have been so impressive. One of them showed me how well he could clean a throw rug in our kitchen, and I sent 5 other rugs with him that day to have them cleaned. They were so much more vibrant and visibly cleaner when Jason and his assistant brought them back to us. And, your rug cleaning prices are fantastic!

I am particularly impressed with the helpfulness of the tech. (Miles Ashmon) He is knowlegeble, and explains the process, and answers all questions. Very friendly, and is a great spokesman for the company.

Very happy with carpet cleaning. What I didn't like was the price quoted over the phone was under what I was charged. Had to pay $71.00 more. That included $20. charge as the carpet on stairs was wool. I have used Zerorez before and never told that.

We rarely have our carpets cleaned by a company. We typically do it ourselves. We decided to remove an area rug and could immediately see the difference between the covered carpet and the exposed carpet. It was time to hire a cleaning company! A neighbor had recommended Zerorez after recently using them. From the scheduling to our appointment, everything was handled very professionally. The technician was incredibly helpful and explained the entire process. He detailed how the water solution penetrates and gets the dirt out and we discussed products that would help keep our carpets looking clean even with our giant breed dog and young kids. At the end of our cleaning, the technician told us about grout cleaning and sealing and their hardwood resurfacing department. I definitely will have them come back out for the grout and carpet and would totally request the same technician! He was very professional and friendly. He took the time to answer all my questions, inform me of services I had no idea they offered and did a great job!
