The carpet feels great! The man that came was so knowledgeable, courteous and did a great job. We paid $40 for an area that my husband had sprayed for odor which had a perfume smell. Unfortunately that smell did not come completely out. Will use you again

Always excellent customer service, reasonable pricing and quick drying time. But unfortunately the technician didn't show me the stain spots that remained on the top floor. I'm left to clean those myself. I would have liked to have had the option to pay for extra treatment to remove those. Regardless, I've never had a problem with Zerorez before and would likely call them again for service.
