Service was wonderful....you guys lived up to your advertisement, technician arrived on time, did a survey of my carpet and explained what he was going to do.....you see, my carpet is old and worn and I couldn't believe what a remarkable job he did so that I was completely satisfied with the finished job.....your product really did get deep and lifted all that dirt out, it feels so good and looks so clean. The young man was very pleasant, knowledgeable and professional....good job young man. Again, my thanks.

I wasn't impressed with the job this time. There were some urine spots that didn't come up as they have in the past. Not sure what was different this time. The tech was very nice! Please don't tell him I'm voicing a complaint!
