The Zerorez Service was all about my Technician Brandon - he was EXCELLENT! It is said a company is as good as its people, well you have real gem with Brandon. He explained what he was doing, was observant about other items in my home he could clean too, like my couch. We also went ahead and rolled up the Persian rugs and sent them off in the van for cleaning. A well turned out young man who worked really hard! I did not mind spending extra money as Brandon's service and knowledge was simply Brilliant. Many thanks Zerorez -

The technician walked us through the cleaning process. There were no chemicals use. It didn't take long for him to clean the carpet and the drying process was quicquick will differently use this service and pass the information along to friends and family.
Service is outstanding!!! From the person that answers the phone on the first ring then speaks clearly and politely while scheduling to the service professional who communicates accurate time of arrival within original scheduled window, asks what I’m expecting then sets acceptable level of expectation, is courteous and thorough, wears shoe covers, protects baseboards, leaves driveway clean, explains what they did and when it will be dry.... I could go on and on about EVERY SINGLE PERSON I’ve ever dealt with at Zerorez!!! Top notch quality and incomparable service!!!!! I will never use anyone not recommend anyone other than Zerorez!!!
