The rugs have been thoroughly cleaned, handled carefully and returned in paper wrapping. They move furniture in order to take soiled carpets. Upon arrival with cleaned carpets they remove paper wrapping from cleaned carpets and take paper with them from the home. Furniture is moved and replaced after cleaned carpets are in place.

I am pleased with the cleanliness of the carpet and the technician was nice. However, after it dried and I saw it in daylight, I did notice 2 spots that were missed as well as some missed spots on the stairs. For that reason, I can't give a 10.

On time and carpet isn't wet when they are finished. Treated a couple of areas where my sick cat urinated and so far, the odor hasn't returned.
