Arrived on time no push to add additional services. Technicial Cole was professional and very courteous. Cleaned 5 rooms a hallway and walk in closet in approximately 1 hour. My house looks fabulous.

No chemicals and carpet looks and smells clean

The tech arrived on time, was courtious and professional, and set up and completed the job within 1.5 hours. Our carpets look great!

We like the fact that harsh chemicals are not used and dry Time is quick. Our technician Christian was very professional, answered all our questions, and did a great job in cleaning our carpets.

On time and friendly technician.

We’ve used other carpet cleaners in the past, and, frankly, have always been satisfied. Still, Zerorez went waaaay above and beyond in customer service. To begin with, the first Zerorez service rep was up front with me, and advised that if I wanted a particularly difficult pet stain removed permanently (it had reappeared several times after previous cleanings), it would be best if I replaced the affected (small) section of carpet pad before having it cleaned. He actually showed me how my husband and I could replace it ourselves. That’s integrity. He could have cleaned the carpet without a word and been long gone when the stained reappeared.
After the carpet pad was replaced, Lee and Mike arrived to clean it. They, too, were transparent from the start and seemed genuinely interested in doing a spectacular job. They walked through the house with me to understand my areas of concern before beginning the job, and called me to inspect each area as they completed it. They were extremely helpful and pleasant every step of the way, and even offered professional insight into why certain areas of my carpet are more prone to dirt than others. Zerorez’s prices are competitive; in fact, a little less than I’ve paid in the past. My 14 year old carpets look great (and that nasty pet stain is gone)! This is a company you can trust, with service reps who are pros.
