Got my area rug back today and I can’t believe how clean and fresh it is!!! Not a spot anywhere on it and I had my doubts because it had many pet stains on it that I had cleaned many times but they kept coming back!!!
The service guys were professional... putting new carpet pad and placing rug exactly where it belonged!!! I will definitely recommend Zero Rez!!!

Great job! I have 19 year old WHITE Berber carpet and raised 2 boys and a German Shepherd on it!! (...What was I thinking!!) Brandon spot treated the bad stains and cleaned the whole carpet and it looks AWESOME!! Of course, being 19 years old, there are one or two small spots that just won't come out, but with the care that Brandon took, they faded to the point where they are hardly noticeable!! ... Definitely has bought me several more years!!! Thanks for taking such pride in your work, Brandon, and for leaving my carpet looking beautiful!!
