You do a great job. I was surprised by some of the reviews I read on YELP. Eric Roberts did a great job. I'm very satisfied. He was early and didn't charge me a trip fee. I was told the tech would be here between 3 - 6, but he was here by 1. When I mentioned that I didn't expect him till 3, he seemed surprised. Sounds like a communication issue between the scheduler and tech.
Having said that, he did not cover my furniture legs or move the sofa to clean.

The person showed up at that time, and was very polite, asked what we wanted to be cleaned, and if we had stains are other needs. He did a great job, and asked me to walk through the cleaned area to make sure I was satisfied with the cleaning just finished. All done to my satisfaction, and after the drying time and my vacuuming the carpet looks great
