Our tech was very friendly and knowledgeable. We did not have major stains but spots that were noticeable to me. I pointed them out and he took care of them. He walked the entire area with me and took care of the areas I pointed out. The carpet looks great. I would highly recommend Zerorez

Zerorez was easy to schedule, confirmed ahead of time, gave plenty of notice of the day of, and arrived on time. The technician was professional and got right to work. He was done surprisingly quickly and our carpets look amazing! This was very easy and well worth the cost. We will definitely recommend Zerorez to our friends and family, and we will be returning customers.

price was a little higher than others I used in the past and they vacuumed before they cleaned
