First and foremost, they arrived right on time. The technicians were very professional and absolutely the most personable I have ever dealt with in a while. They asked pertinent questions to make sure I would be getting exactly what I needed. The job was completed in the time they said it would be and at the price quoted. I was concerned about the lingering scent from the cleaning solution and was pleasantly surprised that it was not too strong and did not last. They did a great job; my carpets look almost new again.

It's been a couple months since Zerorez came and cleaned our carpets, and I am not one to review before I have the time to process and live with the product or service. I would like to share my experience over the years having had carpet cleaned multiple times and cleaning them myself a couple times, and usually had an exciting immediate result, but as time progressed, the carpets would seem to get more dirty quicker than before. With Zerorez, our carpets seem to be easier to clean now than before. I don't really get why, other than their explanation of "zero residue" left over(hence their name). I am highly satisfied to say the least. We had a baby in the last month, and the carpet doesn't seem to hold anything the baby spits up on it. The product they use, and the service they provide is top notch. The #1 thing I require to provide a 10 on any review of a company, is their ability to give you realistic expectations of what the product can and will do. They did that. I was aware of all issues my carpet had, and the worker explained in detail what he could and couldn't do. I love the honesty, and will definitely give Zerorez a call next time I move and anytime I need my carpets cleaned professionally.

Both Zerorez Air Duct representatives were professional, informative, performed excellent work from start to finish and clean-up immediately after completion of cleaning the air duct. They have set a high bar of example for fellow employees to follow.
