Your guy did a very good job on my carpet. However, I can not understand why you all can not clean the whole carpet. If a customer is unable to move furniture, the carpet is not cleaned under it. Since I was unable to move things, my carpet is still uncleaned under furniture. Seems to me you would be wise to send two people to help move things You would certainly get better reviews. And the home would really be clean. Name removed

I was completely satisfied except for the fact that a vent was missed. there was a piece for furniture parked on top of the vent that I did not know about. The bad part is that it's the longest run and the dirtiest. The workers were very polite and professional and went out of the way to make sure
