John did an amazing job. He called to give me his ETA, he was on time and efficient, called my attention to some trouble spots and still was able to remove the stains. He cleaned up and left everything the way he found it, except CLEAN! The carpet was dry in less than 4 hours and the whole house smelled fresh!
The service needed to be completed twice, however after the second treat most of the animal odor and stains were gone.
