Your reps were here when they said they would be. You followed up my request with phone calls to let me know everything was scheduled and on time and your rep called. The reps were professional and friendly and answered all questions. They showed us before and after photos of our system. George and Adrian were awesome. I would definitely recommend your company on all of the above. We are so pleased with the results.

Great service, technicians were nice and efficient. However- the 3 hour time window is too much for a working mom. I would much prefer a shorter window and for my services to have been able to be done back to back in stead of occupying my entire day.

The techs were very knowledgeable, courteous and explained what they would be doing. Will definitely call them back for future needs.

I am always amazed with the results when using Zerorez! They were able to treat tough stains and pet odors on a carpet that I thought was a lost cause. Our technician Josh was super helpful and friendly...he did a thorough and efficient job.
