I liked the crew that was sent over. The leader seemed to be Oscar Esutia. I really liked him His helper (can't remember his name) was very good and hard working also. The arrived on time and did a really good job. My husband was very happy. I also need to talk to someone about my kitchen hardwood floors (oak). Thanks. My carpet is so clean & smells so fresh. It dried quicker than I expected, so we were able to move furniture back in its place about six hours after the service was completed. The service technician was very professional. He worked quite efficiently, taking into consideration a couple of requests from me. Thank you, Zerorez!

Nathan worked very hard to get odors and stains out of my sofa and carpet. He succeeded in
doing so on the sofa. My carpet had a stain that was a big problem. Although the stain
didn't come out I was still happy I had called Zerorez. My neighbor commented how good the
house smelled!
