Aquarius was our technician during this service. (This was our third Zerorez treatment.). He showed up promptly, quietly did his job and then left us with sparkling clean carpets. I switched from Stanley Steamer to Zerorez a couple of years ago and have been very happy. The carpets, in my opinion, stay cleaner longer. I also feel as if the original color of the carpet comes back to life. We've lived in this home for more than 20 years and zerorez has helped me continue to maintain the original carpet without replacement.

The man who came to our home, (Lee), was extremely professional, on time, very accommodating, and very pleasant. I liked the fact that our carpets dried faster than with your competition. He was careful to not damage any walls or other furnishings. I would give you an A, and the gentleman who cleaned our carpets an A+.
