I recently purchased a new home. I had already setup an appointment with Zerorez for duct cleaning services in my other home prior to buying the new home. I decided since the previous owners has cats/dogs to have the ducts cleaned at the new home. My lead tech, Dallas Foskey and his assistant Mark were very attentive and professional. Dallas pulled the A/C filters and checked the A/C coils. He sent me pictures and O'mygoodness they were coated in thick dirt/dust, unbelievable to the eye. Dallas and Mark worked to clean my A/C coil and the ducts. Money well spent for an excellent job. My new home smells great and I an confident of the air quality after Zerorez. I have told everyone I work with at Emory Healthcare. Thanks Zerorez.

Our carpet is 13 yrs old and after Zerorez was done cleaning, it smelled great and looked amazing! Was very pleased with the professionalism by the tech and the completed job. Will call Zerorez again for our next carpet cleaning.

Great service.

Only complaint: We had scheduled to clean carpet AND operatorys laminate wood floors. Upon agreement with service provider, we decided that the laminate floors was best not to do (too much water on laminate surfaces)....and after the "guy" left, I realized that the price was not reduced because the laminate floors were not done.

Service professional was very courteous and professional. He brought trouble areas to our attention to check with us before treating and the final price was what was quoted!

The service is very good and the tech protects the wall corners from damage in the room being cleaned.

He was on time, professional and thorough. He made sure I was satisfied before he left.

The results. The fact that no detergent is used to leave residue. I was surprised by how clean it gets without the need for detergent.
